The ingredients
You can read the whole label.
Icelandic water
Filtered through volcanic rock before it ever reaches us.
Black tea
The backbone of the brew.
Raw unrefined sugar
Food for the culture during fermentation.
Whole fruit
Real blueberries and strawberries. No concentrate, no syrup.
Living culture
A SCOBY that turns tea into something alive.
No additives. No artificial flavourings. No concentrates. No preservatives.

The source
It starts with Icelandic water.
Every bottle begins as Icelandic water, filtered through volcanic rock long before anyone touches it. That is why the rest of the recipe can stay so short.
The name
Glóða means glow.
Glóð is an ember, the low light a fire keeps long after the flames have gone out. Glóða is what that ember does. We took the name for the way the drink leaves you. Not lit up. Lit from underneath. Clear, unhurried, in no particular rush to be anywhere else. The glow is the part we were after. The flow is what you do once you have it.
In the old stories Bifröst was the burning bridge between our world and the world of the gods. We named a drink after the light on that bridge, then made it out of things you could name with your eyes closed.
